In-App Bug Report
The easiest way to report a bug is directly within the game:
- Long-press anywhere on the screen for 2 seconds to trigger the bug report gesture
- This will open a bug report form with relevant diagnostic information already attached
- Describe the issue and submit — it helps us fix problems faster!

- A description of what happened
- Steps to reproduce the issue (if known)

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I restore my in-app purchases?
Go to Settings within the game and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase. Your purchases will be restored automatically.
Is my game progress saved to the cloud?
Currently, game progress is saved locally on your device. We recommend keeping regular iOS backups to protect your save data. Cloud sync may be added in a future update.
How do I disable analytics/telemetry?
Go to Settings in the game and toggle off the Analytics option. We use privacy-focused, anonymized analytics to improve the game, but you can opt out at any time.
Can I get a refund for an in-app purchase?
In-app purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. Find the purchase and select "Request a refund."
The game is crashing or not loading. What should I do?
Try these steps: (1) Force-close the app and reopen it. (2) Restart your device. (3) Check for app updates in the App Store. (4) Ensure you have enough storage space. If the issue persists, please contact us with your device model and iOS version.
Will Darkest Exiles be available on Android?
We're currently focused on the iOS version. An Android release may be considered in the future based on demand and resources. Follow us for updates!
